Les has been seen in a wide variety of musical situations including the Playboy Jazz Festival and playing Dolly Parton’s bass player in the movie “Get To The Heart – The Barbara Mandrell Story.”

Les has performed with Eddie Daniels, film composer Dave Grusin (The Graduate, On Golden Pond), Woody Herman, Herb Ellis, Shorty Rogers, Buddy Tate (sax with Count Basie) and blues guitarist Pee Wee Crayton.

Les graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master's Degree in music from Cal State L.A.
